Our 90-Day Cancellation Policy

Forget being tied into long term contracts. Termination can be served at any time after installation giving only 90-days notice. This measns the customer is in compete control of this flexible agreement.

Simple Billing

all you do is pay for the copies you use – the toner, servicing and parts are all inclusive. The more copies you do, the cheaper it gets. There are no rental charges at all.

The Right Machine For You

We will supply the correct machine to do the job. Should your requirements change, we will simply change the machine without financial penalties, other than a delivery charge, unlike a lease. Reliability at all times – we dont want service calls either.

Could Not Be Simpler

A deposit equivalent to 3 months copy charges along with a small delivery charge to be paid in advance, and then you just pay for the copies you use.

A local school asked us to lend them a copier as their exisiting Xerox, which had been leased through the local council contract, was too basic for their needs.

Unfortunately, there was still a year left on the lease, so we provided them with a more suitable machine, asking them to pay for the copies only.
